1. Definitions
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of buy-it.io (the 'Service') and any purchase you make through it; by using the Service you agree to these Terms, and if you do not agree you should not use the Service. In these Terms, 'Company', 'we', 'us' or 'our' means ARVO LINE LTD, trading as BUYIT, the operator of the Service; 'Customer' or 'you' means the individual using the Service or purchasing Products; 'Products' means the goods offered for sale through the Service; 'Order' means your request to purchase Products; and 'Contract' means the agreement formed when we accept your Order by dispatching the Products.
2. Products, Availability and Acceptable Use
We take care to keep product descriptions, specifications, prices and availability accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all content is free from error, and images are illustrative so a Product's actual appearance may vary. All Products are subject to availability; if a Product becomes unavailable after you order, you may wait for it to be restocked, accept a substitute of equal or greater value, or receive a full refund, and technical specifications may change without notice. All content on the Website is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by law, and may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing. You must not use the Service unlawfully, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or abuse others, submit false information, or upload malware or other harmful code.
3. Order Process
Adding Products to your cart and completing checkout constitutes an offer to buy, and a Contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation by email. We will confirm your Order details together with an estimated delivery time, and changes may not be possible after confirmation, so please contact us immediately if something needs to be corrected. We may cancel an Order where Products are unavailable, where payment is not authorised, where we suspect fraud, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or due to events beyond our reasonable control, and in such cases any amount already paid will be refunded.
4. Pricing, Currencies and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency you select and include VAT where applicable; we may change prices, promotions and availability at any time, but confirmed Orders are not affected. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Mia. Prices on the Website may be displayed in several currencies, currently EUR, MDL, PLN, CZK, RON and HUF, and the currency that applies to your Order is the one selected at checkout; if your card or account is held in another currency, your issuer or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees, and displayed prices are indicative until confirmed at checkout, where minor rounding may occur. Payments are processed over encrypted connections by our payment providers, and we do not store full card details. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method, and if it is declined the Order will not be processed; we may also cancel or refund any Order affected by an obvious pricing error.
5. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver worldwide. Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate that depends on the order currency (20 EUR / 400 MDL / 90 PLN / 500 CZK / 100 RON / 8,000 HUF), and delivery is free on orders above a per-currency threshold (40 EUR / 800 MDL / 180 PLN / 1,000 CZK / 200 RON / 16,000 HUF) after any discounts have been applied. Delivery usually takes between 3 and 14 business days, but these times are estimates only. The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply, and you must provide accurate delivery details, as we are not responsible for problems caused by an incorrect address; where a delivery fails, re-delivery or return charges may apply. Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery, and title passes once payment has been received in full.
6. Returns and Refunds
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which sets out the conditions and the process in full, including a 30-day return window, the requirement that Products be unused and in their original condition, and that the original packaging be retained. Please refer to the Return Policy published on the Website before returning any Product, and contact us if you need help starting a return.
7. Warranties and Liability
Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain Products as stated on the relevant product pages. In addition, we warrant that Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months under normal use, subject to any exclusions noted on the product page. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant Product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or damage arising from misuse or from normal wear and tear. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Governing Law, Termination and General
If a dispute arises, please contact us at info@buy-it.io so that the matter can be reviewed. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service without notice in the event of a breach, and we may modify these Terms at any time, taking reasonable steps to give notice where the changes are material. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, and if any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable it will be adjusted to achieve its purpose while the remaining provisions continue in force; our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy, form the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior understandings.
