1. Our Commitment and Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BUYIT, and this Policy explains how to return items and how refunds are handled; it applies to purchases made on buy-it.io and does not affect your statutory consumer rights. You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. To be accepted, a return must be started within this period, while faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are handled separately as set out below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, an item must be requested within 30 days of delivery and be new, unused and in its original condition, with all original tags and labels still attached. It should be returned in its original packaging together with any accessories, manuals or inserts that came with it, and you should include the order number and any return authorisation we have provided. We may reduce a refund where items are returned used, incomplete, damaged, or without the protection or seals they were supplied with.
3. How to Initiate a Return and Exchanges
To start a return, email info@buy-it.io within 30 days with your order number, the item or items concerned and the reason for the return; we will then send you the return steps and, where applicable, a return authorisation (RMA) and the correct return address. Please pack the items securely in their original packaging, include all contents, and mark the RMA and order number inside the parcel, then ship using a tracked and insured service and keep your proof of postage. Use only the return address we provide, as returns sent elsewhere may be delayed or rejected. We do not offer direct exchanges; if you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
4. Refunds and Timeframes
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days, although your bank's processing times vary and it may take one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear, and a refund may be reduced where items are missing or returned damaged. If a refund seems to be late or missing, please first check your statement after a few days and then contact your card issuer, as processing delays are possible, and if it is still missing email us at info@buy-it.io.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you change your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the original outbound shipping charge is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Where an item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable remedy as described below and cover the appropriate costs. For international returns, any duties, taxes or handling fees are the sender's responsibility, and parcels should be marked as 'Returned goods' where this is permitted.
6. Non-Returnable and Damaged Items
Some items cannot be returned, including personalised or custom-made items, items that show wear, misuse, damage, alteration or missing parts, and items returned outside the 30-day window. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@buy-it.io with your order number and photographs or video, and depending on the situation the remedy may be repair, replacement or a refund. These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming Products.
